Inv. Lewis was told about 3am there is a cash box. Inv. Fifield did NO investigation and it is still missing today. Scott's signed affidavit observing the cash box in late August along with Mr. Beard.

'MISSING' DANDY MART VIDEO
Inv. Lambert stated "actually went there and watched the video myself." Still to this day the video is 'missing'. And it showed Mr. Beard in wind breaker clothing not black jeans and black t-shirt around 11:05pm.

DATA ANALYSIS OF SY RAY'S KML FILE
It is of note that no cell service input file contained coordinate values with more than 7 decimals while the KML output file added decimal values to multiple observations.
